Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
· Drive innovation in tech-driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversations with a consulting mindset.
· Partner with Business to drive Data and Digital Programs, co-owning transformation outcomes.
· Measure and drive business value of Operations Data and Digital Programs.
· Improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT.
· Serve as a key business partner for ChemOps Switzerland and BDSS. Own the technology roadmap, handle escalations and key decisions and ensure business continuity.
· Ensure adherence to Security & Compliance policies for Operations IT systems at the Schweizerhalle and BDSS sites.
· Represent the sites in audits and inspections.
Role Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
· Track record of interactions with senior management and leveraging digital technology/big data.
· Strong relationship management skills.
· Project management and change management experience.
· Fluency in English and German.
· 8+ years in regulated manufacturing environment or IT global industry.
· Ability to work and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
· Experience collaborating across boundaries and influencing without authority.
· Proven track record in delivering global digital plant solutions.
